On the 1st December 2018, ICERA (International Conference on Engineering Research and Applications) - the first international conference took place at Thai Nguyen University of Technology. This is an international forum to disseminate information on the most recent and relevant researches, theories, and practices in engineering research and applications. The conference is dedicated to the 54th anniversary of Thai Nguyen University of Technology. All submissions are subjected to rigorous review before an acceptance decision is made.
TNUT was honored to welcome Prof. Dr. Banh Tien Long - Former Deputy Minister of Ministry of Education and Training. Attending the conference were scientists from countries in the world such as Germany, Russia, France, Canada, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India and Malaysia. In particular, Professor Hamido Fujita, a lecturer from Iwate University, Japan attended the conference as the keynote speaker at the conference. TNUT also welcomed Prof.Dr. Nor Ashidi Mat Isa, Deputy Dean of Electrical and Electronics Faculty, University of Sains Malaysia, Malaysia; Prof. Kai-Uwe Sattler, Technical University of Ilmenau, Germany and Prof.Dr. Ramesh T. Subramaniam, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya, Malaysia as the keynote speakers.
On the occasion of the conference, TNUT held a visit for delegates to Ha Long Bay and Ba Be National Park. Also on this occasion, foreign scientists have chance to travel and experience the country and people of Vietnam.
The success of ICERA 2018 is also a step marking the development of scientific research work of lecturers at TNUT. TNUT welcome scientists from the countries all over the world to join ICERA2019 which is expected to take place on the 1st and the 2nd of December 2019.
