Thai Nguyen University of Technology worked with the delegation of Technical and Vocational Education Department.

On April 26th 2018, Thai Nguyen University of Technology had a meeting with Permanent Representative of Technical and Vocational Education Department (TVED). Representatives of TVED includes the following members:

1. Nouphan Outsa, Director General, TVED

2. Outhay Bannavong, The Educational and Cultural Counsellor, Laos Embassy

3. Viengsavan Phatthavong, Director, Khammouane Technical - Vocational College

4. Nivone Moungkhounsavath, Director, Vientiane - Hanoi Friendship Vocational College

5. Saykham Phanthavong, Director, Pakpasak Technical College

6. Khamsavay Nhommilavong, Acting Director, Lao - German Technical College

7. Bouakhay souphaone, Director, Champasak Technical-Vocational College

8. Tingkham Sulintha, Deputy Head of TVET Teacher Training Division, TVED

Representatives of TNUT includes:

At the meeting, the institutions discussed collaborative training program between TNUT and TVED, Lao P.D.R. The representatives of TNUT introduced all training programs of TNUT as well as the expenses supported to international students, especially Lao students.

After the discussion, TNUT and TVED together signed in the new Memorandum of Understanding and Memorandum of Agreement on supporting scholarship for Lao student at TNUT. After that, TNUT signed in Memorandum of Understanding with 5 colleges from Lao PDR, which opens a new period of bilateral cooperation, enhances the friendship among the institutions.
