Thai Nguyen university's annual staff congress 2013

On 13 January, 2013, annual staff  Congress 2013 of Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT) was formally organized. Attending the Congress were Dr. Phan Quang The - Rector of the University; Mr. Pham Duc Ngoc - President of the University's Labour Union, Mr. Ho Ba Dung - Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University. The Board of Directors with 200 delegates elected from the units of TNUT and 13 apparent delegates also attended the Congress.

The Congress elected Chairman Delegation and Secretary Delegation. Chairman Delegation included 5 members: Dr. Phan Quang The - Rector, Dr. Tran Xuan Minh - Vice Rector, Mr. Pham Ngoc - President of the University's Labour Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quoc Dung - Head of Department of Administration and Personel Management, Mr. Ho Ba Dung – Secretary of the Youth Union. Secretary Delegation included two members: Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Deputy Head of Department of Post - Graduate Training Management and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union .

At the Congress, Dr. Phan Quang The – Rector of TNUT addressed orientation, key tasks for the academic year 2013, as well as stated strategies and development goals . He also responded to all query of TNUT’s staff in all fields of works.


Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phan Quang The - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of TNUT  made a speech at the Congress. 

On behalf of TNUT, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Nhu Hien - Vice Rector declared the summary report of academic year 2011 – 2012 as well as direction plan for academic year 2012 - 2013


At the congress, teachers and staff of TNUT also listened to report of People's Inspection Boards presented by Comrade Ngo Duc Minh - Head of People's Inspection Board. People's Inspection Boards has successfully fulfilled their task during the term of office.

At the next stage,  every staff of the Congress had a discussion to exchange and contribute opinion. Finally, most staff agree with the criteria set out in the direction plan of academic year 2012 – 2013.

The Congress took place successfully and ended at 11 a.m..
