In the morning of November 06th 2018, Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT) had a meeting with the delegation of NVP – AUTO Company at the meeting room of Mechanical Engineering Faculty. TNUT’s participants were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Cuong - TNUT’s Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Pi - TNUT’s Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Long – Head of Office of International Affairs, Nguyen Tuan Minh, PhD – Director of International Training Centre, the Head of Faculty of International Training, Faculty of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and many students from these faculties.
Representatives from NVP-AUTO Company included Mr Stan Chen – CSO, Mr Richard Huang – Sales Marketing Manager, Mr Gary Huang – Application Engineer, Mr Zero Lin – Iot & Bigdata Technical Manage và Mr Jamie Luong – PM Engineer.
During the meeting, TNUT and DU introduced the university history, organization and capacity in training and doing research. Both institutions agreed to enhance international collaboration between TNUT and DU by faculty exchange, student exchange, research collaboration and teaching collaboration. The meeting affirmed the great potential of promoting academic and education cooperation and exchange between the two institutions.
In order to exchange and introduce IOT & Bigdata Technical products to educational institutions and applicational institutes in Vietnam, NVP-AUTO - Taichung City – Taiwan, in collaboration with TNUT, held a meeting on “Fog Computing and Application” and introduced products of NVP-AUTO to lecturers and students of the TNUT. Also in this meeting, NVP -AUTO company has donated research equipment of 4.0 technology to serve the practical experiments for students at TNUT.
